NextGen Connect at FairPlay is a community that works to create practical, researched solutions to excessive screen use. From Fairplay’s website:

Our Goal
NextGen Connect at FairPlay supports youth leaders in creating realistic solutions to the issue of excessive and harmful screen time use. Sam and Bee noticed the amazing progress leaders were making to reduce for the cause of the problem (they’re holding big tech accountable and educating people on the dangers of excessive screen use and social media) and also that helping the generations impacted by excessive screen time also needed help to reframe the distortions social media specifically causes.
To do this, Sam and Bee compiled a list of the most important skills to master to combat some of the most common cognitive distortions, and applied them to thoughts social media can incite.
